Instagram Scam 2.0 - Celebrity Dr Messaging Me?


I can't believe there are so many scammers on Instagram! This has been evident on the show 90 Day Fiance - Before the 90 Days when Yolanda was scammed by Williams. For those who do not watch this show you must.

After the first scam, another Asian guy messaged me. He was from UK, but this time in London. He was in Engineering, starting to sound familiar? This was starting to feel like deja vu, so I asked my friend who likes to do detective work to investigate. She did a reverse image, she found the real guy.
The real guy lives in Hong Kong living his best life, he can barely speak English. I messaged him to let him know that there is a scammer using his pictures. He was shocked. I will not post his picture as he is a real person. Honestly people, if you are not a celebrity you should put your settings to private. Even Celebrities have a private account. The scammer got all his pictures from his Instagram.

Today I received a private message, this one was a doctor. Instagram handle @official_doctor_stephen he claims to be an Orthopedic Surgeon, 57 from Middlesbrough, England. I thought hey why not message this guy? I had accepted his request and he had accepted mine, I decided to scroll through his Instagram page. This is what I found.


Immediately I knew who this was. For those of you who do not know who this is; this is Dr. Paul Nassif from the show Botched on E! He is a plastic surgeon who lives in LA. His ex wife is on the show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I couldn't believe it. As soon as I saw this I went to my "following" and removed him and notified Instagram.

I have also written to Dr. Paul Nassif that there is this guy using his pictures on IG and sent him this page (on left) because this guy is under private so Dr. Paul Nassif would not be able to see him. I hope he messages me back and offers free plastic surgery lol. I have a list for him!!

When I confronted "Dr Stephen" he pretended he had no idea what I was talking about! So he asked me "What do you mean?" Instead of replying I went onto Dr. Nassif's Instagram page and screen shot two pictures where this guy took his pictures from. Dr Nassif has a gazillion pictures, I wasn't going to go through all of them.
Why would you ever use someone who is on TV? This scammer is clearly stupid and thought I didn't watch TV. I clearly watch too much!

I kind of wish it went on longer, to see what would happen, but I couldn't. I have too much work to do and I am tired of this shit. If I wasn't working, I would have entertained this guy, I mean what else was I going to do during a quarantine?

Slowly Being Ghosted??

 Not too sure what happened after date 3.. He was all of a sudden a lot busier.. didn't message as much. I sort of understood where he was coming from.. He doesn't trust his trainers so I guess he has taken on more clients, considering he charges $250/hour that goes straight to his pockets.  I went on Bumble because I was falsely hopeful yet again... My work friend have gone on some amazing dates (she pays for Bumble, I should real pay at least for two month).
